To which countries do you ship?
We provide worldwide* shipping.
*Italy, Russia and Belarus are the only 3 countries we cannot ship to.
What is the delivery time for my order?
We strive for the following delivery times:
• European Union: between 2-3 workdays with DHL
• International*: between 3-6 workdays with DHL
Please note that during and around holidays, deliveries can take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free worldwide* shipping on all countries (except for DHL zone 7/8/9/10) for purchase greater than 200 euros.
For international orders outside of the EU and USA custom charges may apply.
What does VAT mean?
• VAT is a value-added tax that both EU and non-EU customers pay.
• VAT is already included in the prices of all HUNDRED.
How do I track my order?
Once your payment is finalized and your order has been processed, you will receive a Track&Trace code via mail with which you can track your order.
What are the return conditions?
Our return policy entitles you to return the product for any reason within 14 working days counting from the day you received the shoes. You can open the package and check the contents. However, the shoes can only be returned when they are completely unused and sent in the original packaging, double boxed.
Return costs are for the customer, unless otherwise indicated by HUNDRED’ customer services.
How can I return my order?
When returning an item the customer is responsible for the shipment and its costs. HUNDRED can only process a refund once we have received the shoes in good order. We therefore advice you to always keep hold of your Track&Trace code and receipts.
Make sure to fill in and enclose the return form that is included with your order.

How long does a refund take?
We strive to process your refund within 7 working days counting from the day we receive the shoes. However, do take into account that we are legally entitled to process refunds within 14 working days. Also, please note that - depending on the payment platform - it can take up to 7 working days for the money to be on your account.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancelling or changing an order is not possible. This is because after an order is confirmed, the packing and shipping process starts immediately.

How does the sizing work?
HUNDRED recommends customers to measure their feet before choosing a size. Measuring your feet will take a few minutes, while returning an incorrect size will cost you and HUNDRED unnecessary time. You can estimate your HUNDRED-size by measuring the heel-to-toe length of your feet.If you have any hesitations about finding the right size, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Will you restock sold out items?
Some designs are restocked every now and then. We advice you to keep an eye on our social media pages and sign up for the newsletter to receive notifications about these restocks.
I am not satisfied with my order, what should I do?

I have placed an order during the sale. Can I return my order?
Sale orders can be returned for store credits or a money refund in 14 days after ordering. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
Can I exchange my shoes for a different model or size?
We cannot exchange shoes, if you would like a different size or model you can place a new order with store credits.
